  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Every piece undergoes a final polish and strict quality check within 1-2 business days before leaving our studio. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package is in transit.

Is the shipping packaging secure and discreet? Absolutely. To protect your delicate pieces, all orders are shipped in sturdy, weather-resistant, and discreet outer padded mailers.

Are Pure Plat pieces hypoallergenic? Yes, 100%. Your skin's health is our priority. All our jewelry is entirely free from nickel, lead, and cadmium, making them completely safe and comfortable for even the most sensitive skin types.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or gym? Thanks to our premium plating and water-resistant base metals, our pieces are built for active, everyday wear. However, to maximize the mirror-like shine over the years, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged exposure to chlorine or saltwater.

How do I clean my jewelry? Simply wipe your pieces gently with the complimentary soft microfiber polishing cloth included in your order after a day of wear, and store it in your Pure Plat pouch.

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely captivated by your shine. If a piece isn’t the perfect fit for your style story, we accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging and jewelry box within 30 days of delivery.
